Jay Lyttle is synonymous of a hard working Athlete. He spent a great deal of his youth training to become the legend that He is.
 
  Jay has won 7 World Amateur Arm Wrestling Titles and was voted Arm Wrestler of The Year 4 times. Jay was also a 2 Time California State and Masters Highland Games Champion and California Amateur Masters Strongman Champion. Jay was also The 7th man in the World to be Certified Ironmind's Captain of Crush.

  He has been covered in some of sports biggest publications from Sports Illustrated, Max Muscle and Milo to the most popular California's news papers including OC Register, LA Times and The San Diego Tribune. Jay was also presented with a proclamation from The Mayor of Garden Grove where He lives.

He still trains very hard and hopes to win more championships for the years to come.
